About this Event
This 45-minute virtual boot camp is designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic conditioning for your summer sport: swim, bike, run, climb, hike… or simply show up for a fun, challenging workout.
Using bands, bodyweight, or dumbbells, you’ll move through efficient intervals that develop the kind of strength and stamina that carry over to just about any activity. The structure also supports triathlon training, but you don’t need a race on your calendar to benefit.
