About this Event

Come hang out at the Peace Out Breakfast Yoga Club! Weds 6/3:

7-7:25a:

Start your day with a high energy, low-effort yoga class for all levels in the park! We'll do a 25 min practice with a power yoga flow followed by a restorative stretching cooldown.

7:30-8a:

Then we'll walk over to our pirate meditation studio where we'll be serving a casual breakfast with new friends! [Feel free to hang a little longer if you have extra time before work!]

Your ticket includes both the yoga class and breakfast afterward.

We’ll text you the exact meetup location inside Lincoln Park the day of the event.

Please bring your own mat, or grab a mat rental for $5 under the add-ons at checkout :)

About the Host:

Hi! I'm Alaska (RYT), and I run Peace Out—a high-energy mindfulness club offering offering fun, peaceful experiences to help busy people reset and feel more alive.

Our events include classes like and Indiana Jones Meditation in Boston, and mindful ski retreats like our (Mar 27-29). We also do mindful speed dating!

I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher (300+ hours) who likes helping people find real mindfulness in unexpected ways.
