Yoga With Zia

Expect classes that are about half active flow and half deep stretching, ending with guided rest to let the benefits of the practice really settle in. My teaching style is playful and lighthearted. Yoga for me is a space to be curious, and to connect with ourselves and our communities. As a trans and queer teacher, I care about cultivating an inclusive environment where all bodies, identities and experience levels are welcome. 

We'll be practicing outside in Remnant's gorgeous patio! Staying after for coffee is highly encouraged :)
