After over seven years of collaboration with dedicated volunteers, this publication showcases the resilience of our community and the ability of meals to bridge divides.
We invite you to attend this special book launch celebration and participate in a series of exclusive activities:

* Spice bottling to bring the flavors of our stories to life
* Small bites to enjoy
* An opportunity to order (or pick up) your own copy of the book
With 210 pages of full-color insights, “Table of Two Cities” includes 14 interviews from five regions and 32 recipes, revealing the rich cultures within Hong Kong's refugee and asylum seeker community. Proceeds from each book will directly support those featured and our community partners, as well as the ongoing work of our registered charity, Grassroots Future. About Grassroots Future
Grassroots Future is a registered charity in Hong Kong dedicated to supporting refugee-led initiatives and grassroots organizations that build capacity. Originally founded in 2016 as Table of Two Cities (TOTC), we began as a storytelling initiative showcasing refugee narratives through food, hosting community events across Hong Kong. Through these interactions, we identified the immediate needs of the refugee community, alongside a strong desire for self-sufficiency, dignity, and purpose.
