In this bustling and lively toy factory Santa Claus orchestrates the creation of gifts for good children everywhere! Guests are invited to step into the role of Christmas elf helpers taking part in interactive mechanical and digital experiences across all captivating factory departments as they help prepare Santa’s special surprises. Guests can even make an appointment to meet Santa Claus in person and uncover the joyful mysteries of his magical toy factory.

Amid the merry jingle of Christmas bells Santa’s Magic Toy Factory buzzes with the continuous whir of machinery and boundless fun – truly a sight to behold! Santa Claus the factory manager joyfully bustles about but faces a colossal challenge: the urgent need for more passionate helpers to join the merry mayhem. This is your moment to shine! Become one of Santa’s elf helpers explore all interactive stations and work with Santa to create heartwarming Christmas gifts and happy memories.

Begin your magical journey at the Check-in where you can fill in your Naughty or Nice Report at the Elf Workstation telling Santa about your heartfelt wishes. Get Santa’s stamp of approval in the secret nook to ensure you are on the list of good children! Follow the tantalising scent of candy to The Sweet Corner for a limited-edition sweet surprise before starting your work. Then enter the magnificent Santa’s Office to meet the man himself and take a commemorative photo. After enjoying these fun welcome activities budding elves can start assembling wooden toys in the Assembly Department following the instructions. After making a donation to charity you can also screen toys in the Inspection Department to ensure perfection and get rewarded with a plush keychain when you complete the task. Magical toys are transported by conveyor belt to the Logistics Department where they are meticulously wrapped as gifts ready for dispatch. On Christmas Eve the Flying Reindeers with Santa’s Sleigh will carry these thoughtfully prepared gifts worldwide spreading joy to all good children and creating unforgettable moments of happiness.
