What to Expect:
This isn't a typical book launch. You'll try the work for yourself - a simple guided art practice from the book ("Draw Your Heart Without Drawing a Heart Shape"), enjoy light snacks, and connect with others exploring this kind of creative play.
No art experience needed. No pressure to create anything "good." Just curiosity and permission to explore.

Event Flow:
1:00-1:15 PM - Arrival, snacks, mingling
1:15-1:25 PM - Welcome + short reading from the book
1:30-1:40 PM - Guided "Draw Your Heart" art practice
1:45-2:00 PM - Optional sharing circle
2:00-3:30 PM - Open mingling, book signing, conversation
3:30-4:00 PM - Closing remarks + final goodbyes

No art experience required. Just a willingness to play and be curious. This book is for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about using creativity as a tool for emotional clarity.
Why Integration And Play:
Integration isn't about fixing yourself or making everything work out perfectly. It's about staying WITH yourself through the mess - feeling what's real and choosing from that wholeness instead of from fear, numbness, or fragmentation.

About Andrea Kimberley:
Andrea is a Calgary-based artist and facilitator who has been teaching creative practices for emotional integration since 2018. Her work blends art, embodiment, and depth psychology to help people reconnect with their inner world.
She's been featured in CBC News, Psychedelic Scene, and Platform Calgary. This is her fifth published book - and the one she's spent the last decade building toward.
