Would you like to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself? Are you looking for a simple mindfulness practice that helps you relax both body and mind?

Then this English class is for you.

Join me for a calming Body Scan Meditation, a gentle guided practice that invites you to bring awareness to your body, one area at a time. By observing physical sensations with curiosity and without judgment, you'll learn to cultivate relaxation, presence, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or already have experience, this class offers a welcoming and supportive space to pause, breathe, and recharge. Body Scan Meditation can help reduce stress, improve body awareness, and create a sense of calm that you can carry into everyday life.

About me

Hi, I’m Miriam — a certified Pilates teacher based in Berlin, passionate about helping people feel stronger, more balanced, and more at home in their bodies.

My teaching is rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, combined with a modern, holistic understanding of movement, health, and sustainable training. Alongside Pilates, I have a strong interest in mindfulness and meditation, and I love bringing these elements into my classes through conscious breathing, focused attention, and mindful movement.

What makes my approach unique is the balance between precision and ease. I care deeply about proper technique and moving with intention, while creating a warm, encouraging atmosphere where you can explore your body without pressure and truly enjoy the process.

I believe that caring for your well-being shouldn't feel like another task on your to-do list, but rather a meaningful investment in yourself. Whether through Pilates or mindfulness practices, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling not only physically stronger, but also calmer, more present, and more connected to your body.
