Body Positive Yoga - Hosted by Fat Positive Saint Louis X Golden Gems

Hosted monthly by Fat Positive Saint Louis at the Golden Gems on Locust, this body positive yoga class is meant to give folks a safe space to move their bodies. We are excited to host this for our community, whether you are looking to try yoga for the first time, or are always looking to get another class in, join us!

Doors open at 10am, yoga is from 10:30am-11:30am, but join us after for some socializing with complementary snacks and drinks. Plus all attendees get to save 20% off their Golden Gems purchase after the class!
