Join us for a unique fusion of Contact Improvisation Dance (with live music) and an authentic Finnish-style Sauna with Aufguss ritual, set across two beautiful Blue Mountains locations.

Contact Improv Jam (Happy Buddha Retreats, Wentworth Falls)
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Guided warm-up intro & open dance jam session with live music
- Explore connection, flow, and spontaneity in a welcoming space
