This year’s onboarding process challenges your clarity, composure, and collaborative spirit through a structured three-stage journey:
Round 1: Online Application
Candidates submit their applications through an online form, showcasing their background, motivation, and relevant experiences.
Round 2: Focus Group Discussion (FGD)
Shortlisted applicants participate in a group discussion to assess their communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership potential.
Round 3: Final Interview
Selected candidates will undergo an interview to assess their vision and alignment with the goals of BUP Career Club.
