📍Photography:
Join us for an immersive photography experience blending the art of DSLR and mobile photography! Discover expert tips, techniques, and hands-on sessions to elevate your skills. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned photographer, this event promises to inspire and enhance your creativity behind the lens.📸

Submission Procedure:
1. One participant can submit maximum 5 photos.
2. Photo must be 3000pixels on the longer side for DSLR(minimum)
And Photo must be 720 pixels on the longer for mobile photos (minimum).
3. Rename the photos as follows:
Your name_ Institution name _caption _ phone no _jpg_ school/college/university
example:
Sadman shahriar _sos hermann gmeiner college_ dream_01523333333_jpg_college
4. Mention “your name_mobile number_sector” in subject of the mail.
5. Both colored and black & white photos are acceptable.
6. Photos with borders or watermark are not acceptable.
7. The photo credit will be given only to the participant.
8. Only jpg/jpeg formats are acceptable.

9. If your photo is selected then you will need to pay 600BDT via Bkash (other information will be given to you soon) per selected photo. You will be given your frame and certificate at the end of the exhibition.

DSLR: 6 total prizes will be given in this sector. (3 from school/College
3 from University)
Mobile: 3 prizes will be given in total.
📍short film & reel making:
Unleash your creativity at our Short Film & Reel Making event! Whether you're a budding filmmaker or a social media storyteller, this event offers hands-on experience in storytelling, shooting, and editing. Showcase your vision, learn industry tips, and bring your ideas to life on screen!

• Short film contest:
In this event you have to submit your short film before the event and it will be shown on the venue. The prize of the short film will be given to the director and assistant director.
✓ Submission Criteria
For short film:
• The Short Film must have been completed before 1st April,2025 in order to be in the competition.
• Only the Director or Assistant Director of the Short Film can send the entry to the fest.
• Entries MUST be playable on common media players. Festival Management will not be responsible if film is not screened due to problem with the DVD format. Common formats such as MP4, MOV and AVI files are recommended.
• On Public demand we have decided to extend our time limit more than 10 minutes There is no minimum running time.
• The film can be Documentary, Experimental, Narrative, Fiction, Non-Fiction or Animation. (open)
• The short film can be in Bengali/English language.
For offline submissions in person:
• The film can be in Pen drive or in DVD in MP4 / MOV / AVI formats.
• Both Preview file should be Labeled in this sequence ONLY:
Film Title/ Language/ Duration/ Director’s Name, Mobile Number, E-Mail ID.
For reel:
• we have decided the time limit should not be more than 3mins There is no minimum running time.
• Entries MUST be playable on common media players. Festival Management will not be responsible if film is not screened due to problem with the DVD format.

✓ Submission PROCESS:
For short film:
1. Upload your films in your Google Drive and send the link to-
[email protected]
with your Film Title/ Language/ Duration/ Director’s Name/ Asst. Director(if)/ Synopsis/ Mobile Number/ E-Mail ID.
Films submitted through Google Drive must NOT be deleted from the drive until the festival is over.
2. After the submission deadline is over, we will post the selected films according to the film criteria given above.
For reel:
1. Upload your reel in your Google Drive and send the link to-
[email protected]
with your Film Title/ Language/ Duration/ Director’s Name/ Asst. Director(if)/ Synopsis/ Mobile Number/ E-Mail ID/reel link in social media(optional)
Reels submitted through Google Drive must NOT be deleted from the drive until the festival is over.
2. After the submission deadline is over, we will post the selected reels according to the criteria given above.

Then the selected films/reels must clear their payments via bKash within 14th April,2025. The amount and the number will be given later . After the payment, post your transaction ID in the discussion with your film name and director for confirmation.🎬
4. After clearing the payment issue, we will post the final competing film list.
✓ JUDGES :
THE NAMES OF THE JUDGES WILL SOON BE ANNOUNCED.
✓ Participants achievement(for selected films/reels):
1. Certificate for participation
✓ Prize : winners will get one crest and also there will be a certificate and a Tshirt (5 for short film & 2 for reel making )for everyone involved in the production of the film.
✓ SPECIAL INFORMATION :
Selected films/reels will be shown from the 2nd day of the fest so both visitors and participants are cordially invited to see their films/reels.

Are you a master of digital brushes and creative imagination? The Digital Art Contest is your chance to showcase your artistic skills using technology!

📌 Details:
- This is a submission-based event.
- You can submit your digital artwork(s) via Google Form, and if selected after a rigorous screening, we will exhibit it in our college premises.
- There’s no definite topic for your art piece—so be as creative as you want!
- Open for all: Contestants from any class or institution are eligible to participate.
- Participants must create the artwork prior to the event using any digital painting software (e.g., Photoshop, Procreate, ibisPaint, etc.).
- The original JPG/PNG/JPEG file must be uploaded.

- Artworks that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other forms of digital art will be accepted as long as they do not violate copyright laws.
- The submitted artwork must be entirely the participant’s own work.
- By participating, the contestant confirms that their submission does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
- If HGAC finds out that a submitted artwork belongs to someone else, the participant will be disqualified from the exhibition.

Do you have a passion for art? It’s time to bring your imagination to life with colors, strokes, and emotions! Join our Traditional Art Contest and showcase your artistic talent on canvas or paper.
📌 Theme:
You can choose any theme—be as creative as you like!
📌 Artwork Size:
Any size is acceptable (both landscape and portrait formats). Participants must mention the size in the submission form.
📌 Submission Instructions:
- Take a clear photo of your artwork (minimum resolution: 720 pixels).
- Accepted file types:JPG/JPEG.
- Rename your photo as follows:

📌 Canvas & Payment Details:
- Participants may submit artworks on both canvas and paper.
- Selected participants will need to send their physical artwork to the college premises.
- Payment for framing & exhibition:
- Paper artwork:600 BDT (via Bkash)
- Canvas artwork: 300 BDT (via Bkash)
- No pre-framed canvases are allowed. The organizers will handle framing.

📌 Details:
1. It will be a live event, so participants must be present at the college campus.
2. It’s an "open for all" contest. Contestants from any class or institution are eligible to participate.
3. We will give you a topic according to which the participants will prepare.
4. The participants will create the art using either pencil/color pencil/ink pen/dot pen, etc. tools. (Participants have to bring their own equipment. They will only be given the papers.)
5. Only on-spot registration is available. The registration fee is 100 BDT.
Participants' Achievement: Certificate for participation.
