Board Development Workshop

By popular request, our fall workshop will feature Marc Smiley and will highlight best practices for board development, management and engagement. The workshop will break down the process for board development, clarify roles and responsibilities, and provide a step by step guide to creating a stronger more effective and engaged board. There will be a followup virtual session for attendees and their boards, and the organizations bringing the most board members to the two combined trainings (and complete the associated homework). will also receive a dedicated one-hour coaching session. This workshop will be housed in the amazing Market on River building in Chippewa Falls, and will also include a Nov 4th morning session featuring an overview of the Chippewa Falls Main Street Program, a tour of the district, and state updates and program networking/Q&A time.
