Created in partnership with Pasta Paradijs, a renowned Sardinian bottega in Amsterdam Zuid, celebrated for its uncompromising authenticity, premium ingredients and profound respect for Sardinian food culture.

This experience honours food as more than nourishment — it is ritual, connection and a daily practice of wellbeing.

The Experience

The day opens with a private introduction to Blue Zone longevity research, exploring the daily habits, food rituals and social structures observed in Blue Zones centenarians villages — and how these principles can be realistically integrated into contemporary urban life.

The session is accompanied by a welcome glass of Sardinian Cannonau wine and an artisanal goat cheese tasting, both central to the traditional centenarian diet.

Guests are then guided through an intimate hands-on fresh pasta workshop, learning ancestral gestures still practiced in Sardinian homes today. This is followed by a live, step-by-step preparation of the Sardinian Centenarians soup, a cornerstone of the Blue Zone diet.

The experience concludes around a shared table, where all dishes prepared together are enjoyed in a convivial, community-centred setting.

All ingredients, techniques and recipes are authentic expressions of the culinary culture found in Sardinia’s longevity villages.
