In this small, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a comforting bowl of Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen from scratch — just like in Japan.

Class Menu

• Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen– Shoyu ramen is a Tokyo style ramen, with a light soya based broth. Lighter certainly than other ramen, but absolutely addictive
• Mini Chashu don– A beloved ramen-shop comfort food in Japan: tender chicken chashu served over rice, simple and soul-warming.

What You’ll Learn

• Make a flavorful chicken stock from scratch
• Prepare a shoyu-based ramen soup
• Cook tender chicken chashu
• Make ajitsuke tamago (seasoned soft-boiled egg)
• Choose and balance ramen toppings
• Assemble and serve a beautiful bowl of ramen

You will also receive original digital recipes and post-class content to keep cooking with confidence.
