The ultimate force in the Sound Bath is the gong, which is an instrument of deep vibrational transformation! You will be guided through a journey of opening, awakening, clearing, and alignment. The hour-long session includes a guided meditation, and a sound journey, leaving participants feeling relaxed, grounded, and a sense of deep spiritual rejuvenation.
