FREE Mat Pilates in the Park

We’re switching things up this month!

Join us for a fan favorite: Mat Pilates & Flow. If you haven’t tried this class yet, we highly recommend it! Strengthen and flow with teacher Ellie Beasley and connect with the Carlsbad community for a 60-minute mat Pilates and yoga flow at Maxton Brown Park.

Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Dress in layers that you can move in. And don't forget to wear your sunblock!
