Following this, you’re invited to move freely or simply meditate as uplifting and immersive rhythms guide you in the Cosmic Dance. Whether you flow with the music or sit in stillness, the space is yours to explore.
The experience will close with a sound bath, where soothing frequencies and sacred instruments help restore balance and calm.
