Join Instructor Ash, Buddy Love, and Rosie the Herbalist for an unforgettable evening designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, relax your body, and simply BE.
🧘🏾♀️ Instructor Ash will guide you through a relaxing yoga experience focused on controlled breathing, gentle movement, releasing tension, and connecting with your body—all while flowing to smooth, soulful Floetry vibes.
🔔 Then allow Buddy Love to take you even deeper with the peaceful vibrations of sound bowls, creating a calming atmosphere for reflection, relaxation, and chakra-focused meditation.
🌿 And we’re taking the experience beyond the mat! Rosie the Herbalist will introduce you to different herbs traditionally enjoyed as teas or smoking herbs. Learn about the herbs, explore their uses, and choose what you’d like to sip or smoke while you relax and enjoy the evening.
