The Womb Wellness Workshop was created with love and care, and is very near to our hearts at SWJ. Honoring the thoughtful tending of both physical and energetic differences of each individual in our community yoga spaces, helping women feel seen, safe, and cared for while they grow their yoga practices… these are in alignment with our mission to create positive change in the community!
And we will do just that in our workshop, with a lot of joy sprinkled in between ✨
