About this Event

Join naturalists Scott Evans, from the Bloomington Area Birding Facebook Group, and Ken Keffer, from Wild Birds Unlimited, to explore the birds of Fairfax State Recreation Area along Lake Monroe.

We'll plan to meet in the beach parking lot at 8am. Suggested items to bring include binoculars, cameras, field guides, and scopes. We'll have extra binoculars and field guides, as well as scope for people to try.

This event is open to the public, but we ask that you register, as space is limited. While this event is free, there may be an entrance fee at the gate. We look forward to birding with you!
