Bloom and Breath Wellness retreat

Bloom & Breath Wellness Retreat is a gentle, soul-nourishing escape designed to help you slow down, reconnect and welcome the new season with intention.

Set in a calm and inspiring space, guests will begin the experience with a grounding yoga session with Sol2SoulYoga. Midway through the retreat, you’ll pause to enjoy a nourishing, seasonal lunch thoughtfully prepared to refuel your body and gently break up the morning and afternoon sessions. This shared moment offers time to relax, connect with others and continue the calm, unhurried rhythm of the day.

You’ll then be guided into a hands-on floral workshop with Dahlia and Dot Florals, where you will create your own beautiful Easter centrepiece using seasonal blooms and natural textures.

The afternoon will conclude with a deeply restorative sound bath to encourage relaxation, clarity and balance with our guest coach- Space4self care.

This thoughtfully curated retreat blends movement, stillness and creativity, offering the perfect opportunity to breathe deeply, reset your energy and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and connected, with a handmade floral Easter table centrepiece to design, take home and enjoy.
