Tuesdays 7pm-8pm

Join Tamsin for a deeply nourishing yoga session designed to support every body and every level of experience. With a rich background teaching yoga in locations including India and London, Tamsin brings a wealth of knowledge, intuition, and compassion to each class.

As a qualified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and complementary therapist, Tamsin blends movement, breath, and energy awareness to create sessions that are both transformative and grounding. Her approach is gentle and inclusive, offering adaptations and guidance so that everyone can feel comfortable, supported, and connected throughout the practice.

These classes take place in the beautiful wellness space at Beauty and the Ink, creating a calm and welcoming environment where you can step away from the busyness of life and return to yourself.
