Sound baths are simply a beautiful therapeutic way to allow yourself to achieve a meditative state, find inner peace and fully relax your nervous system through a journey of beautiful sounds and vibrations produced by a collection of Quarts, gemstone alchemy Crystal bowls alongside other healing instruments and chimes
