HKL - Humility, Kindness & Love, is a global movement present in 70 countries, with over 21,000 in-person participants and 500,000+ online viewers across its conferences worldwide. HKL exists to reconnect people with what already lives inside them: the courage to be humble, the warmth to be kind, and the openness to love unconditionally.

HKL Toronto is proud to partner with Canadian Blood Services as a Partners for Life team. On April 26, 2026, we're coming together as a community to donate blood and experience firsthand what you receive when you give.

Every donation can save up to 3 lives. This is kindness in its most literal form.

2. Select 'Partners' in the menu
3. Search for "HKL Toronto" in the search bar
4. Click 'Join the team'
5. Book your appointment via 'Team appointments' or individually
