Help us brighten the days of seniors in long-term care across Peel Region 💛Many seniors don’t receive regular visitors, but a small act of kindness can make a big impact.
🌼 How to participate:
• Decorate or purchase a small pot
• Add a plant or flowers that they can care for all year long
• Include a handwritten note
Then drop it off and we’ll deliver it to our long-term care partners to distribute to their Seniors.
