Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. We’ll begin by settling in with ceremonial cacao, taking a moment to arrive and soften.
From there, you’ll be guided through simple breathwork to help release tension and clear the mind.
As the evening unfolds, the energy begins to build — with music and gentle, guided movement, you’ll be invited to let go, move freely, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels natural to you. No choreography, no pressure — just space to express and enjoy the moment together.
We then ease back down into stillness, closing with a deeply calming meditation and crystal sound bath, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and reset.
