Black History Month Small Business Event: Connect with the SDO and EOED

Join the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) and the Executive Office on Economic Development (EOED) to learn about Commonwealth programs for small businesses and resources to help your business succeed! This event is being held in recognition of Black History Month but is open to all owners of diverse and small businesses.

Featured speakers at this event include Deeqo Jibril, Director of Small Business Development at EOED, and Emily Maguire, Individuals with Disabilities Program Coordinator at SDO.

Topics of discussion include:

• Business certification with the SDO and how to use it
• Commonwealth procurement programs for small businesses

• How to locate bid opportunities in COMMBUYS, the state procurement system

• Business development resources
• Programs and grants available through the EOED
