This Teaching Kitchen is in celebration of Black History Month. Chef Javier will educate participants on the history and origin of Gumbo File and Cajun seasonings. This will be a hands-on experience, allowing guests to create their own seasoning to take home and try Cajun Chicken and Vegetarian Gumbo.
