Black Girls Be Flowing: Aerial Yoga Experience

We’re back outside…feeding how we feel inside 🖤

This month, Black Girls Be Well is stepping into something new ~aerial yoga~ to kick off our Black Girls Be Flowing series.

This goes beyond just a class and is about creating a space.

A space to:

• exhale
• try something new
• feel held (literally and energetically)
• and be in community with other Black women who get it

We’ll start slow with tea, grounding, and a guided journaling moment to bring you back to yourself.

Then we’ll move into a beginner-friendly aerial flow, where you’ll be supported by the hammock as you stretch, explore, and maybe even surprise yourself a little.

Just you, your body, and a breathtakingly beautiful room full of Black women choosing themselves.
