Biscuit Decorating Workshop at Manchester Craft and Design Centre

In this biscuit decorating class, your host, with over ten years of decorating experience, will guide you through the fundamentals of royal icing from the very beginning. You'll discover how to outline, flood, and add fine details to your biscuits, and learn how different icing consistencies behave and what each one is used for. From there, you'll work through techniques that range from beginner to intermediate level – all at your own pace, with plenty of support along the way. It's a hands-on, joyful couple of hours after which each guest will take home:

• A box of six biscuits you decorated in class.
• A welcome biscuit from your host.
• A gift voucher to use at Coy Biscuit.
• A brand-new skill you'll be reaching for long after the class is done.

This workshop will take place in Space2, located on the ground floor of Manchester Craft and Design Centre.
Suitable for ages 16+. Those under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
