Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a mother to two sweet boys and married to my best friend. As a doula and childbirth educator, I see birth as a physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental experience—a rite of passage. My goal is to help parents prepare for birth so they can emerge from the experience feeling empowered, confident, and ready for parenthood.

Class Description
In this course, we will explore our beliefs about birth and:

• Learn about physiological birth and how to trust your body and your baby
• Gain practical tools and confidence to cope with the intensity of labor alongside your partner
• Mentally prepare for both the intensity of birth and the postpartum period
