Bhakti Session #4

Join us for the fourth edition of Bhakti Sessions. As we move through March and begin to feel the gentle shift toward spring, I wanted to offer something a little more spacious again — a half day that gives you time to truly land, warm up, and feel good in your body again. We will gather at Melancoose, nestled in the woods just outside Newquay, for an afternoon of bhakti inspired yoga and nourishing rest — a chance to gather as a community and share space once more.

Set in a peaceful woodland location, we will gather in Melancoose's gorgeous wooden barn for our practice. We will open the circle in this space and will conclude with some treats in their cosy snug. After yoga, we will head just outside to the woodland spa where you can enjoy the sauna, hot tub and fire pit. Hot and cold therapy is fantastic for resetting the nervous system and allowing you to really land in your body.

By weaving together yoga and immersion in the outdoor spa, surrounded by nature as it slowly awakens, this session is designed to support a deeper sense of embodiment — not as a concept, but as a lived experience. Through intentional movement, heat, rest, and time in nature, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your physical body, soften tension, and settle back into yourself.
