Katie and Denise Austin will lead you through a 45 minute total body, low impact cardio sculpt workout designed to strengthen your entire body! Using your own bodyweight and light resistance bands, Katie and Denise’s workout will be full of positive energy, mindful movement and FUN! Movements you can come back to time and time again to challenge yourself, build stamina, balance and get your heart pumping in a low impact way.
