This live experience invites participants into a guided reflection on how life events, expectations, and survival roles have shaped the way they see themselves and how that reflection can shift.

Beyond the Mirror is not focused on what happened to you.

It centers on what you’ve come to believe about yourself because of it.

When labels stuck.

When confidence shrank.

When the outer world kept moving, even as your inner world was trying to make sense of itself.

This experience explores:

• How identity is formed through lived experiences and internal dialogue
• The difference between who you became to survive and who you truly are

Through guided prompts, intentional reflection, and a hands-on mirror-building ritual, attendees will reconstruct a personal identity mirror, selecting words and truths that represent who they are choosing to be, not just what they have been through.
