Sound & Stillness — A Sound Healing Experience

Sound & Stillness (formerly SoundBath Sundays) is a brief sound healing experience designed for those who need a gentle reset rather than a full-length session.

Held on the last Sunday of each month, this short-form experience offers a moment of intentional rest through sound, vibration, and stillness. It’s ideal for busy weeks, first-timers, or anyone seeking a calming pause before the week ahead.

You’ll be guided into relaxation and then immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.

This is not a full-length sound journey. It’s a focused reset.

• A brief sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments
• A cozy, supported setup with zero-gravity chairs, mats, pillows, and eye masks
• Quiet time at the end for reflection and reorientation

Location: The Green Coterie, Healing Lounge — Waldorf, MD
Admission: $20 per person

Space is intentionally limited to preserve a calm, restorative environment.

• Seating and support items are provided; you’re welcome to bring a personal pillow or blanket if desired
• This experience is designed for rest and receiving—no prior experience required
