Beyond the Physical Body: 2-Day Out-of-Body Experience Workshop

A Two-Day Intensive in Conscious Exploration and Out-of-Body Experience

Using a series of professionally developed Hemi-Sync® audio exercises from The Monroe Institute®, you'll experience progressive states of awareness designed to support relaxation, expanded perception, movement beyond physical reference, and the early stages of separation. Between exercises, you'll receive practical instruction and participate in group discussions that help you understand and integrate your experiences.

Out-of-body experiences have been reported throughout history and across cultures, yet for many people they remain mysterious, spontaneous, or difficult to understand. Beyond the Body is an immersive two-day workshop designed to help you understand and experience the fundamental states associated with out-of-body experiences through a structured progression of instruction, guided exercises, and practical techniques.

Whether you are completely new to the subject, have had spontaneous experiences, or have been exploring meditation, lucid dreaming, or consciousness for years, this workshop provides a framework for understanding how out-of-body experiences occur and how to work with the states that support them.

Over the course of two days, you'll learn how awareness naturally moves through different states of consciousness and how experiences such as vibrations, floating sensations, sleep paralysis, hypnagogic imagery, lucid dreams, and expanded awareness fit within the larger process of conscious exploration
