About this Event
Our class is intended for those who are planning to deliver at Northwest Medical Center and it's affliates. Please order 1 ticket per person attending so we can ensure enough space for everyone.
Topics include:
- Staying healthy in your last trimester
- Signs of labor
- How your body works during labor
- Pain and pain theories
- Comfort measures & positioning
- Birth Plans
- Interventions & medications
- Postpartum Mom & baby
- Breastfeeding basics
Class will be held in classrooms A & B at Northwest Medical Center Bentonville (across from the cafeteria). Note: Please use the Emergency Department entrance for class as the main entrance is closed on Saturdays.
Refreshments will be provided during the class. However, we are unable to accommodate every dietary need. If you have a specific dietary need, please be sure to provide your own snacks.
