Beyond generational labels: Leading and communicating across generations
About this Event
This practical thought provoking session challenges some of the stereotypes surrounding the multi-generational workforce and explores what may be happening underneath them.
Rather than simply categorizing people as Baby-Boomers, Gen X, Millennials or Gen Z, Kelley Corlett will introduce a different lens; how our values, life experiences and circumstances shape what we need from work and how we interpret the behaviour and communication of others. In this session you’ll have the chance to explore why the same message can motivate one person, frustrate another and leave somebody else wondering what on earth the point was.
