These seven afternoon sessions are dedicated to the subtle practices that sustain and deepen the spiritual path of yoga—prāṇāyāma, chanting, meditation, and philosophical reflection. Together, we will explore the breath as a bridge to stillness, use sound and silence as tools for inner awakening, and engage with the philosophical roots of Ashtanga Yoga to reflect on its living, breathing function in our lives. These sessions welcomes everyone and may be taken individually or as a complete series.

Join four Prāṇāyāma Sessions and learn foundational yogic breathing techniques to calm & challenge the nervous system and deepen inner awareness. Immerse yourself in Yin & Meditation and experience a nourishing blend of stillness and softness to support rest, release, and contemplation. Dive into Chanting & Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy and explore sacred sound and the spiritual wisdom behind the practice with heart-to-heart discussion and guided chanting.

On Friday we all meet somewhere special outside the yoga shala to connect, celebrate each other, share the joy of Yoga beyond the mat - and eat ice-cream!

Schedule:

June 1 to 5, 2026

1:00–3:00 pm — Pranayama (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) with Tim

3:30–5:30 pm — Yin & Meditation (Tue & Thu) with Kino

Cost:

$300 MLC members

$340 for non-members

$60 Drop-ins for Meditation & Yin
