Between the Lines

ABOUT THE EVENT

Between the Lines brings music and literature together in an intimate afternoon of live performance, readings, and conversation. Violist and author Richard Fleischmann joins pianist Marina Radiushina, violinist Nathan Meltzer, and cellist Vicky Wang to explore the music and the human stories behind works by Schubert, Schumann, and Brahms. Drawing on Fleischmann’s writing and insights as both musician and author, the program invites audiences to listen beyond the notes and discover the ideas, emotions, and experiences that shaped the music.

After the performance, keep the celebration going with live music — reserve a table in The Piano Bar to enjoy Latin Jazz until 11 PM with Edgar Pantoja and Gabriel Placido.

Your ticket includes the 4:30 PM concert ; all other dining and music offerings are additional.

📍Location: 1301 Collins Avenue, located one block west of Ocean Drive.

Rates: This garage is known for being affordable and can be used for shorter periods.

Access: 0.2 miles (2-minute walk) It is a quick and easy walk to The Betsy from the garage

2. Street parking

Metered street parking is available on Ocean Drive and surrounding streets.

Rates: The meters operate from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. and cost $4 per hour.

3. Valet

Rates: Standard rate for the first four hours of parking is $20
