About this Event
Special Opportunity!
Kristin Croone, JD, and Senior Consultant with the Sharpe Group has generously offered to facilitate a 'deep dive' session in Planned Giving Communication Best Practices on Wednesday, April 16, from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm at the Innovation Hub.
Session description: The power of storytelling and other touch points are very important components of any successful fundraising program. If your donors can read, see and/or hear the stories of other people like them, they are much more likely to take action and implement their own plans. Understanding the type of touch-point plan and why it is important for your older donors is critical to maximizing your planned giving success.
Kristin Croone, JD, Senior Consultant, Sharpe Group, brings expertise in planned giving, major gift and other gift planning strategies. She has previously worked as an associate in tax and estate planning in Cleveland, Ohio, and Memphis, Tennessee, and as the Director of Planned giving and legal counsel for The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis.
