Beneath The Chandelier - Sound Bowl and Reiki
About this Event
Join Gemini Rose Yoga & Wellness for Beneath the Chandelier, an intimate evening of sound bowl meditation and Reiki healing at The Alkemy Coffee Co. in Flemington.
We’ll begin by getting comfortable and setting a simple intention. Then you’ll be guided into rest as the sounds of crystal singing bowls fill the room. Each guest will be offered a brief, optional Reiki moment and an intention card to take home.
No meditation experience is needed. You’re welcome to bring a blanket for more comfort. We will be sitting upright all together in a circle so no need to bring chairs or mats.
