The Stillness Within

We’ll begin with a shared cacao ceremony, using this heart-centered ritual as an opportunity to turn inward, soften the heart center, and create space for love, gratitude, and intention. As we move into a restorative experience of sound, Reiki, and inner reflection, allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls and the gentle energy of Reiki to help you release, rebalance, and replenish.
