I am delighted to be teaching on another retreat at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge.This one falls right on Beltane - an ancient Celtic festival that celebrates the height of spring and the beginning of summer.
It’s truly a time a magical time of the year to retreat to this breathtaking part of the world and I can’t wait to welcome you back!
Our time together will be spent nurturing our connection to the land, our hearts and each other.
Sarah Beck will be returning to share practices that focus upon the heart and it’s ability to connect us with the wider world and our deeper selves; exploring how we can align our heart and mind to create new perspectives.
Her classes will include energy practices, meditation, mantra and mudra.
I’ll be helping you connect with the spirit of Beltane through movement, breath work and some special surprises along the way!
