Beginners Roller Skate Lessons - School of Flow - Saturdays 11 - 12pm

These sessions will focus on improving your confidence and stability on roller skates. Topics we will cover include:

• Stopping
• Forwards and backwards skating
• Jam skate foundations
• Breaking down transitions and turns
• Balance techniques and exercises

Each session is 1 hour in a great indoor space with a very smooth floor.
