This class is suitable for beginners and beyond to incorporate physical yoga asanas (postures), gentle flow, and relaxation.
We are quite a small group so places are limited!

11 sessions £77 (dates of classes - 3/7, 10/7, 17/7, 4/9, 11/9, 18/9, 25/9, 2/10, 9/10, 16/10, 23/10)
4 week block £30
