Feeling energised now Summer seems to be here? Want to spend some time out connecting with your breath and your body?
A yoga class of mixed ability yogis, suitable for those wishing to be offered different variations to postures. Classes include yoga postures, working with our breath and, of course, relaxation :)
I am able to offer a payment plan to suit all -
Book 11 sessions of Q3 for £77 (classes weekly up to 15th July and then start back on 2nd September until October half term)
Book a 4 week block for just £30 (£7.50) per class only!)
Option to book as 'pay as you go' is also welcomed at £8 per class.
