Nicolle will guide you through 30 foundational postures, breath work, and the benefits of yoga over 5 sessions. Nicolle offers modifications to find ease in poses that feels right for your body.This is a great opportunity for students to enter into yoga and for experienced yogis to fine tune their practice.
