Join Coach Lisa for a two-day workshop designed to build and refine your standing acrobatics foundations! This workshop is perfect for those who want to develop core skills, strength, and balance in standing acro. You’ll receive personalized coaching in a supportive environment, making it ideal for beginners and those looking to sharpen their basics. Ages 16+.WHEN:

Over 4 hours of dedicated instruction and 2 hours of open training, you'll get the chance to practice what you've learned and receive hands-on coaching.
