Begin Well is a Christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidence-based antenatal courses across the South West. Our aim is to give you the very best starting blocks for family life.
Over this 2-week course we will explore caring for your baby, birth and meeting your baby, changes in relationships, and much more. In a relaxed and welcoming environment, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents-to-be.
The course is best attended after 28 weeks of pregnancy. Please do not book if your due date falls within the course dates.
Course Details
Saturdays, 10:00am –4:00pm
Dates: 30th May and 20th June
Please attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the course.
